Shipping policy
How soon will my order ship?
Orders will ship after processing within 2-3 business days from your order date, and is in transit anywhere from 2-5 days depending on your location (for domestic orders).
All items should arrive within 7-10 days of you ordering. To help things go more smoothly, please allow a two week window from the day you place your order before contacting regarding the whereabouts of the order especially during the busier seasons.
Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout and a separate email is sent from us letting you know that your order has shipped.
**NOTE** If you have ordered Sea Moss Gel or Elderberry Syrup your shipping time may be amended. Due to the nature of the product, to ensure freshness and timely delivery we only ship Sea Moss and Elderberry Syrup on Mondays and Tuesdays. If there are other items in your order, all items will ship together on the Monday or Tuesday after your order has been placed.
I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.
If your order has not been shipped, we are able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. Package must be in its original state and un-opened/tampered with in order to receive money back for a refund. Please email as soon as you can to support@twicethelight.com
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive tracking information to the email that you provided during checkout.
oops, I entered my wrong address on my order, what should I do?

There is normally a 2-4 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order is shipped we cannot change the shipping address nor are we responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of our own.
The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?
If an item is going to be gone for good, it is normally taken it down from the website. If something is sold out, it should be back shortly. Follow us on IG & FB to stay up to date on restocks, new releases and discounts.
I am purchasing a gift for a friend and I don't want them to know how much I paid.
Packaging slips do not include prices of the items purchased. Your confirmation email has this information if you would like it for your own keeping, but if you're sending something to a friend, don't worry - they won't know how much you paid.
How do I know what face/body/wellness products are best for me?
